Can I bring in my own item?
Yes. We engrave many customer-supplied items. Send us a photo and the material so we can confirm that it is safe and suitable before you visit.
Do you offer same-day custom engraving?
Same-day service is available for qualifying projects when our schedule and the material allow it. Contact us before coming in so we can confirm availability.
What materials can you engrave or print?
We work with many types of wood, coated metal, glass, acrylic, leather, crystal, and printable products. We will recommend the right process for your item.
Can I approve the design before production?
Yes. When a project needs approval, we will confirm the layout or provide a digital proof before production begins.
Do you offer business, bulk, and rush orders?
Yes. We handle branded merchandise, awards, events, and repeat production runs. Rush production and shipping may be available when your deadline is tight.
