Do I need an appointment

No appointments are needed just call in an hour before you plan to arrive.

How long will it take to engrave a personal item?

We can engrave personal items same day and most engravings take 5-10 minutes. Call us to come in person whenever were open.

How much does a custom request cost?

Pricing is done on a case by case basis and can be affected by multiple factors like order quantity, turn around time, and material costs. A quick estimate pricing menu is available upon request.

Where do you ship to?

We ship all of our products nationwide to the U.S. Please put in a custom request if you would like to have your item shipped to another country.

When will I get my online order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. All orders take 1-3 Business days to ship. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Where are your products engraved?

All of products are engraved by us locally on Long Island.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
