Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a Back-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases. 

Back-orders
When you purchase a Back-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We will the full payment at the moment of purchase. Should you want to cancel the order before its fulfilled please contact our support at inbox@alhccustomengraving.com or by calling us at 1 (631) 620-1099 for a refund. If the order is fulfilled then our standard return and refund policy applies.
